About Chiampa Energy Advisory

Engineering Insight for Complex Buildings

Chiampa Energy Advisory provides engineering-driven analysis and advisory services to help institutions improve building performance, reduce energy use, and navigate long-term decarbonization goals.

Our work focuses on complex facilities such as healthcare systems, university campuses, and large institutional buildings where mechanical systems, operational requirements, and energy strategy must be carefully balanced.

By combining engineering expertise, operational insight, and detailed building data, we help clients better understand how their systems perform and identify practical opportunities for improvement.

A Focused Consulting Approach

Chiampa Energy Advisory was established to provide a level of focus and technical depth that can be difficult to achieve within larger organizations.

Large engineering firms often manage many projects simultaneously across broad service areas. While this structure works well for large design efforts, building performance and operational analysis often benefit from a more concentrated and hands-on approach.

As a focused consulting practice, Chiampa Energy Advisory works closely with clients throughout each engagement, bringing direct engineering expertise and detailed analysis to every project. This structure allows for deeper evaluation of building systems, greater continuity throughout the project, and more direct collaboration with facilities teams.

The result is a level of attention and technical focus that helps ensure recommendations are well understood, practical to implement, and aligned with the operational realities of the building.

About the Founder

Chiampa Energy Advisory was founded by Paul Chiampa, a mechanical engineer specializing in building systems, energy optimization, and operational analysis of complex facilities.

Paul has worked extensively with healthcare systems, universities, and institutional campuses where mechanical systems, operational reliability, and energy performance must be carefully balanced. His work focuses on helping organizations better understand how their buildings operate and identifying practical opportunities to improve system performance through engineering analysis and operational insight.

The firm was established to provide a focused consulting approach that emphasizes technical depth, direct collaboration with facilities teams, and practical solutions grounded in real building operations.
